Priordei i Campus de Groisy: una aliança per formar futurs xefs.

Priordei uneix talent i territori amb una nova aliança amb el Campus de Groisy, apropant la cultura de l’oli verge extra català a futurs xefs francesos.

Priordei will showcase the quality and unique properties of the region’s extra virgin olive oil to future French chefs through an agreement with the prestigious gastronomic training centre Campus de Groisy, located in the Alps and specialised in haute cuisine.

Priordei recently welcomed representatives from its new French partner, in an event supported by the Institute of Agrifood Research and Technology (IRTA) and Michelin-starred chef Jeroni Castell, from the restaurant Les Moles in Ulldecona. This alliance marks the beginning of a scholarship programme that Priordei will offer starting this November for students from the French campus.

The aim of this agreement is to offer young culinary talents a direct immersion into the world and culture of olive oil, highlighting Catalan production and the regions of Priorat and Ribera d’Ebre as benchmarks of quality and tradition.

With this initiative, Priordei reaffirms its commitment to education and to the international promotion of Catalan olive-oil culture.
