The experience culminates with an authentic Mediterranean breakfast served among olive trees, where every detail is designed to reflect the authenticity and richness of our land. All the products we offer are local and seasonal, carefully selected and prepared in collaboration with small local producers and artisans who, like us, value the land and well-done work. Traditional bread, artisan cured meats, seasonal fruits, local cheeses, and, of course, our extra virgin olive oil, the undisputed star of any meal. The experience also includes a guided oil tasting, where our experts accompany participants on a sensory journey through the aromas, flavors, and nuances of our oils, transmitting knowledge accumulated over generations. Our location
Our tasting area is located in the heart of our Els Diumenges estate, in La Palma d’Ebre
(Tarragona). This 4-hectare olive grove features a total of four varietal types:
two native (Arbequina and Rojal) and two imported (Picual and Koroneiki). Our aim was to create a varietal orchard, the concept of which is based on the organoleptic qualities that each of these varieties contributes to olive oil.
In a single space, visitors can discover all the secrets of the olive oil world in an immersive way (from its production, through the different varietal types and their characteristics, to sensory analysis) while relaxing and enjoying a unique natural environment and space.
