At Priordei Space, extra virgin olive oil is not merely a product, but the central focus and protagonist of all our experiences. Each experience is conceived as a complete immersion where visitors actively engage through their five senses.
From walking among olive groves, touching the earth, and observing the Mediterranean landscape, to smelling and savoring the nuances of the oil in guided tastings, our activities aim to create an emotional and sensory connection with the world of EVOO. Our objective is for visitors not only to enjoy the oil but also to understand the production process, its historical connection to the land, and its importance in health and gastronomy. The olive grove, as a productive and cultural landscape, serves as the natural setting where we develop all our proposals, transforming knowledge of the olive oil world into a living and unforgettable experience.
Our natural environment, integrated into the olive grove landscape and surrounded by Mediterranean flora, provides the ideal setting for developing unique experiences, both professional and personal, in an atmosphere of tranquility and connection with nature.
Each proposal is custom-designed, valuing the territory and the essence of PRIORDEI, based on a model that seeks to renew olive oil tourism through emotion, quality, and a genuine connection with the land and its people.

Our project stems from a deep respect for the land and the legacy we have received; therefore, we are committed to sustainable agricultural practices, landscape preservation, and promoting an economic model that contributes to well-being. Sustainability at PRIORDEI is a comprehensive vision that includes environmental care, social development of the surroundings, and the valorization of local products as a driver for balanced and respectful growth.
Our olive oil tourism project is accredited by the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism (ECST), reinforcing our commitment to a responsible tourism model that values the local landscape and culture without compromising its future.
Our PRIORDEI Space is also recognized within the Terres de l’Ebre Biosphere Reserve, an environment of high ecological and cultural value that reflects our dedication and firm commitment to the conservation of the natural environment. In this space, we have also integrated native and Mediterranean flora such as vineyards, fig trees, and lavender, which act as a natural butterfly nursery, along with various aromatic herbs typical of the region, creating a vibrant landscape that enhances biodiversity and connects visitors with the essence of the Mediterranean. The entire design and construction of the space have been conceived with an integrationist approach, seeking maximum harmony with the surroundings and the traditional olive grove landscape, without altering the natural or cultural essence of the territory that surrounds us.
