Durante estas jornadas, los estudiantes pudieron sumergirse en el fascinante mundo del aceite de oliva virgen extra a trav\u00e9s de un itinerario formativo completo y apasionante.<br>El programa combin\u00f3 teor\u00eda y pr\u00e1ctica, empezando por el campo y la almazara, donde se explic\u00f3 el proceso de cultivo, recolecci\u00f3n y extracci\u00f3n. La visita continu\u00f3 en el IRTA (Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n y Tecnolog\u00eda Agroalimentarias), para profundizar en los aspectos t\u00e9cnicos y cient\u00edficos de la elaboraci\u00f3n del aceite, y finaliz\u00f3 en la cocina del chef con estrella Michelin Jeroni Castell, donde los alumnos descubrieron c\u00f3mo el aceite de oliva virgen extra transforma y potencia los platos m\u00e1s sofisticados.  <\/p><p>Este viaje sensorial y t\u00e9cnico permiti\u00f3 a los estudiantes conocer la esencia de Priordei \u2014desde el olivo hasta la mesa\u2014 y entender la pasi\u00f3n y la dedicaci\u00f3n que hay detr\u00e1s de cada botella.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Priordei recibi\u00f3 a los alumnos del Campus de Groisy en unas jornadas inmersivas para descubrir la esencia del aceite de oliva virgen extra.
