This is our high-end oil and the most special amongst all of our oils. The most special t tells the story of our centuries long quest to achieve excellence. We make less than 1,000 bottles of the limited edition oil. It contains the essence of the rojal olive tree, a variety that grows only on 350 hectares in the whole world, part of which belong to our lands. It connects those who taste it with our ancestors, it comes from over 100 years old trees, and it is the fruit of hard work, resilience, tears, joy and, above all, perseverance
We present it in a very special format: a tube contains the bottle, called primrose, which our company imported for the first time to Spain. We discovered it on the Italian island of Sardinia, where the Sardinian people use it to store an alcoholic beverage.
This first harvest oil (harvested in October) has a fruity taste, which combines bitter with a spicy touch, thus giving it a very high level of taste. It is particularly recommended for raw dishes in the Mediterranean cuisine and it enhances the flavors of bread with tomato, salads, fish or meat.

PRIORDEI is leading a project that aims to combine the winemaking tradition with that emanating from the fruit of the olive trees. A Priorat with two sides that coexist in perfect harmony and feed back. We want to make this point in the southern counties an international reference in gastronomy and organic farming, and to promote the culture of oil, the center of Mediterranean culture.
